12 hours into overtime, the bargaining delegations on construction trades came to the finish line with a recommended proposal.
NOK 7 per hour in general supplement, minimum wage rates up by NOK 12 and agreement on a committee work on continuing education and training reform. These were some of the main points in the recommended proposal for a new collective agreement. There will also be gender-adapted protective equipment where unisex models are not satisfactory.
